What we collect

• Account data: your email address and profile details you provide (name, brokerage).
• Content: listing URLs you submit, the listing photos retrieved from them, and the videos we generate.
• Usage & logs: job status, credit ledger entries, IP-based rate-limiting counters, and error diagnostics.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a payment reference — never card numbers.

How we use it

To operate the Service: generate your videos, track credits, deliver downloads, send transactional email (video ready / failed / refunded), prevent abuse, and fix failures. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your listings to train AI models.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the Service: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Railway (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Apify (listing photo retrieval), Kie.ai and OpenRouter (AI generation), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention

Source listing photos and generated videos are retained while your account is active — including for compliance audit purposes (see our compliance page). Delivery links are signed URLs that expire and are re-issued when you visit your dashboard.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing luciddreamcenter1@gmail.com. California residents may exercise their CCPA rights through the same address. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We don't run advertising trackers. Authentication state is kept in your browser's local storage by our auth provider; it is essential to signing you in and nothing else.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
